      Love this,do you encourage people to learn about their spirit too, so they can build up their inner love whilst they are taking in natural sources of help from the earth. I wonder do you offer tips about healing in the spirit,hypnosis,meditation, visualisation, comedy which have all been used as part of a combined programme of support. what ever happens the person focuses, on something better. they can learn to either distract their attention from the pain, or distort it so its imaganied as really small, or reframe it, making stories which are far more absorbing to themselves. these all help with the body's neurological pathways, helping the gateway of pain to close down, as they open up to, softness, love, tenderness, joy, forgivness and so on.

      I am not sure of the cause of COPD emphysema in my case. I smoked pack a day for 12 or 13 years, but quit 40 years ago. I have been an outdoor person all my adult life. Coughing started last summer producing thick mucus, greenish tint to clear. I tried prednisone and antibiotics, but no change. X-rays are negative, heart lungs and blood and serum chemistries all are normal. I have lung calcification from childhood bout with histoplasmosis.
